Membership Agreement

30-DAY FREE TRIAL “TERMS AND CONDITIONS”

1. Membership Eligibility. ONLY licensed medical marijuana growers, dispensaries and processors are eligible to have access to areas of the website where cannabis and cannabis-infused products are posted for sale. Non-Licensed vendors can post, view and sell non-cannabis products and services ONLY.

2. Release of Liability. Member acknowledges and agrees that Weed Trader, LLC, DBA as okweedtrader.com (including its affiliates, agents and representatives), is not responsible or liable for any products or services listed on okweedtrader.com, and/or bought or sold, or for any transaction by any member. (Weed Trader, LLC is not affiliated with www.weedtrader.com)

3. Website Access. Member shall, upon execution of this agreement and verification of all applicable Oklahoma licenses, beginning on the website activation date, have unlimited access to the membership website okweedtrader.com, and all products being advertised and listed for sale. If the member is licensed to sell products, they will have the ability to advertise and sell products to licensed Oklahoma website members.

4. Membership Renewal. Upon expiration of the 30-Day Evaluation period, trial members may elect to continue their site membership by executing the okweedtrader.com membership agreement and paying first month’s membership dues.

5. Monthly Membership Dues. Single License Memberships are $129 monthly.  Multiple License Memberships are $199 monthly.

6. Membership Term. Memberships are on a month-to-month basis.

7. Entire Agreement. The parties agree that this Agreement constitutes the entire agreement and understanding of the parties relating to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all previous communications, proposals, representations and agreements whether oral or written relating to the subject matter hereof.
